Lead matching

Match leads to your ICP — and see why each one is worth an email

You already have a list. The question is which few names on it deserve a personal email. Describe your product, get an ICP, and match it against about 100,000 real buyers — each result comes back with a reason.

The gap

A longer list doesn't raise reply rates

Lists are cheap now — customs data, exhibitor directories, scraped contacts, a few hundred yuan a year. The supply isn't the bottleneck. After the file lands, you still have to answer one question: out of ten thousand rows, which thirty people should get a personal email?

Sorting by industry, country and title doesn't answer it. The people who reply don't line up behind a neat filter — they line up behind a situation. Low reply rates are usually a targeting problem, not a copy problem.

How the matching works

A profile, a search, a reason

No black box, and no score you have to take on faith. Three steps:

Your product becomes an ICP

Describe what you sell in a sentence or two. You get an ICP with 18 sections — 13 profile breakdowns (who buys, what triggers them, what they're measured on) plus 5 go-to-market materials.

The ICP searches real buyers

The profile becomes a semantic query, run against about 100,000 real buyers. Not a filter over columns — a search over who the buyer is and what they care about.

Each match comes with a reason

Results arrive as people, not a bare score. Every contact carries one line on why they fit this ICP, so you can judge the match before you write anything.

Free plan: 1 match a day, 3 contacts per match; 3 ICP generations a day, 1 profile each. Pro: 10 matches a day, 10 contacts each; unlimited generations, 3 profiles each. Payments aren't open yet — the free plan works on its own.

Illustrative example

What a matching reason looks like

Product: a testing and certification agency that gets CE and UKCA marks for factories selling into Europe. ICP: compliance and export managers at small and mid-size manufacturers already shipping to the EU.

Export manager · Ningbo electronics factory
Why they fitShips CE-marked products to Germany and took on a new EU distributor this year — a changed enclosure means the certificate needs renewing.
Compliance lead · Foshan lighting maker
Why they fitSells into the UK, and a recent spec change puts two SKUs on the wrong side of UKCA.
Founder · Shenzhen power-supply brand
Why they fitRuns its own EU storefront and handles compliance in-house — a gap on one product line is the kind of thing they'd reply about.

Names and details are made up; the format is what a real match returns.

After the match

The match is the start, not the finish line

Once the right few are in front of you, the rest of the loop runs through your own tools:

Draft per person

Each draft is written against the contact's title, company and notes. You edit before anything sends.

Replies calibrate the ICP

Replies are sorted as they come in, and they score the ICP against what actually happened — so the next match starts better informed.
